6. A rough structure of the manual of teachers positive disciplines and participatory  approaches (provisional)

After having an assessment, the consultant will develop a manual on the classroom management and positive discipline to be employed in the school. An assessment-based manual development is made as simple as possible to assist teachers on how to manage and keep them disciplined in their classrooms. The manual is therefore planned temporarily as follows:

  • Introduction and overview

  • Section 1. Classroom management

    • Description & Activity 1:  Students learning materials

    • Description & Activity 2: Didactic materials

    • Description & Activity 5:  Interaction with group and individual students (influence & control)

  • Section 4. Content evaluation

7. Brief composition of the final report (provisional)

The outline of the Final Report will mainly cover the assessment and  the development of a manual that will be divided into several sections:

  • Executive summary

  • Abbreviations and acronyms

  • List of figures and tables

  • Acknowledgement

  • Table of contents

  • Introduction

  • Methodology

  • Assessment findings and discussions

  • Development of manual

  • Testing, revision, and training on the manual

  • Conclusion and recommendations

  • Key priorities

  • Appendices

8.  Additional proposed days

As per the terms of reference, the manual of positive discipline and participatory approach is needed to be developed, tested, revised, and trained to the teachers, the time is unlikely adequate to possibly finish the manual processes in both municipalities. For this reason, the consultant proposes 5 more payable working days indicated in the above timeframe. So, the amount of the above financial request has been included with an additional request of 5 days.

With these personalities, I can develop myself to become a better person in the future. I always remember what was said by Nelson Mandela “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can be used to change the world” and being implemented throughout the world by most of scholars to contribute to their countries. Therefore, I am also interested in applying for this scholarship to study at one of international ranking unive...
